RPG On-Point Leadership Program
At Retail Prodigy Group we are committed to investing in the development of our front-line team. We recognise that achieving the Ultimate Customer Experience is hugely influenced by the relationship between a team member and their direct line manager.
Over the past 2 years we have embarked on a series of development initiatives focused on building leadership capability across the group. The latest of these initiatives is the roll-out of On Point Leadership as our common leadership framework.
This tool is designed as a practical, easy-to-apply model at every level of leadership – focused on encouraging positive developmental conversations and fostering good relationships between leaders and team members.
Over the past few weeks, our CEO, Steve Younane and Learning & Development Manager, Paul Smith, did an initial roll-out across our entire store network to our store managers, as well as to our support office managers.
The follow up to these sessions will include additional supporting resources to continue to keep On Point Leadership alive in our manager’s day-to-day roles.
We have much more planned in leadership development over the coming months and years.
