RPG’s Partnership with Samsung
Samsung Electronics Australia has partnered with Retail Prodigy Group (RPG) as the lead Retail operations partner for its Samsung Experience Stores (SES) across Australia. The SES stores in Australia are located in Highpoint Shopping Centre in Melbourne, VIC and George Street, Sydney, NSW.
Driven by Samsung’s desire to evolve its customer experience within its physical retail environment and enhance performance, RPG will bring its Ultimate Customer Experience expertise to the business.
