RPG Mental Health Awareness Month
This month at RPG, we celebrated Mental Health Awareness Month. We took the opportunity to highlight the importance of good mental health and wellbeing both at work and in the everyday lives of our team.
To do so, we organized and provided our team with a range of activities and wellbeing sessions to attend throughout the month, including:
Yoga & Meditation Sessions with Stef Wild
The Yoga and meditation sessions gave our team the opportunity to take some time to recharge. The focus was on connecting breathwork with movement to unite body, mind and spirit, helping to reduce stress, relax the mind and create mental clarity and calmness.
Nutritional Coaching Sessions / Nutritional Webinars
Hosted by Assure, our mental health and wellbeing partner, this session focused on how to make healthy eating part of your lifestyle and information and tips about doing it on a budget.
Thrive General Awareness Training
The General Awareness Training focused on how to prioritize your mental health and how to reduce the stigma associated with reaching out for support.
These sessions are designed to increase awareness about mental health and the wellbeing support available to team members and their family.
We also rewarded and recognized ‘Wellness Champions’ who engaged in positively impacting the mental health and wellbeing of their team and themselves throughout the month.
Mental Health Awareness Month was a fantastic opportunity to check in with our team and learn about ways we can continue to support their health and wellbeing. These learnings are imperative to the success of our business; we can’t wait to continue raising awareness every month.
