Prodigy Leadership Academy

At RPG we believe that creating learning experiences for all our leaders, at all levels is essential for their development, confidence, and growth. This ultimately leads to better experiences for their people and our customers.

We’ve just wrapped 3 days of kick off for the second module of the “Prodigy Leadership Academy”, called Leading Others. This module is focused on equipping our ‘Future Leaders’ with the fundamental skills and capabilities required to successfully lead others, covering topics such as ‘effective questioning’, ‘deep listening’, ‘positive intent’, and ‘managerial courage’ among others.

‘Prodigy Leadership Academy’ is 12 month, blended learning program over 3 modules, which is learner led and mentor/leader supported. Employing the latest thinking in learning design, it is heavily weighted in allowing our participants to do most of their learning in the flow of work, on the shop floor – where it matters most.
