Samsung Parramatta Opening

Black Friday was made even more special at Retail Prodigy Group with the launch of our brand new SAMSUNG Experience Store (SES) at Westfield Parramatta

This new store represents a continuation of our partnership with SAMSUNG Australia, and a further strengthening of our promise to deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience.

Identifying Parramatta as a key performing existing Studio location for the SAMSUNG brand we took the opportunity to expand our footprint into a full store tenancy, and continue the growth of our SES network. Clean lines, dynamic digital, and interactive product displays are all combined in this store concept, allowing us to fully showcase the latest and greatest in SAMSUNG mobile products. A key pillar of focussing on service within the SES model is enhanced in the Parramatta store with dedicated zones within the store allocated to the specific needs of our customers.

RPG Store Design & Development Manager Matt Beaver noted “It was an eventful journey, but we reached our goal to be open by Black Friday to serve our loyal customer base in Parramatta with some enticing promotions. I cannot thank enough our delivery partners on this store project, and also our amazing store and support teams in getting us to opening day.”
